Balance Women's Retreat
The goal of the weekend is that each woman feels empowered, inspired and motivated to care for herself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. For optimal health, we must realize that everything is connected-body, mind and spirit-and nurture each aspect of our being. My desire is to create an enlightening atmosphere of learning and receiving, so you can do just that.
